so i think i figured out thanksgiving. mostly.
pork tenderloin marinated overnight in red wine, chix stock, and sage.
then im roasting it with beets, parsnips, red onion, carrot, sweet potato. adding roux to leftover juce for gravey.
and a butternut squash/potato/goat cheese bake.
ill have actual written recipes later if you would like one.
god i love 3Eb.

yummm. minus the meat stuff. but still yummm. i'm gonna make some crazy tempeh recipe to take to larry's parents' indiana ranch. can't wait to see how that goes over.
mmmmmmmm tempeh. if an indiana ranch is anything like homer. you will hear the phrase "hippy shit" allot.
